The rooster is very mixed. It think it is very likely that his own parents were mixed breeds, too. So unless you can get more information about him from whoever raised him, I think you won't ever know what exact breeds are in his ancestry.
He has a small crest, but that could come from many sources, not just Polish. Silkies, Houdans, Appenzeller spitzhaubens, Icelandics, Legbars are just a few of the breeds that have crests.
He has pure red earlobes, and that in and of itself means he is not a first generation Polish cross.
His comb is irregular. It shows evidence of crossing of different types of combs.
In short, he is a cross breed, and they are unique. I doubt you could ever make another bird exactly like him.
