Help ID my "lowrider" chick

I would say a Japanese Bantam to me

After doing some online research she does appear to be some sort of Japanese Bantam cross. She has green/slate legs so maybe crossed with EE? Kind of weird that she would be at a feedstore in the bin with the other chicks. Thank you all for steering me in the right direction
