Help identify my chicken

We got this chicken a few weeks ago. It seems to be growing into a cockerel and we’re not sure if it’s a barn elder? This was how it was sold. I’ve attached a picture. Hope someone can help.

From a localish breeder. It was a friend who got them for us but I feel he was sold a pair not 2 POLs

It doesn’t hurt to call and ask but I personally wouldn’t take a bird back for biosecurity reasons. Maybe he will have something else in mind though like giving you a pullet and letting you keep/rehome the roo.
