Help identify please

This chicken or rooster

was abandoned at my park. Can someone please help me identify it. Thank you

With those greenish legs and funky comb, it's a mixed breed rooster (possibly an Easter Egger).

I wonder why he doesn't have his full tail. But it's definitely some kind of mixed roo

Yes, you can see them if your bird has them. The feathers around the vent area will be blackened by the mites and their excrement. There is an article showing a pic at http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/poultry-external-parasites-lice-and-mites.html.
