Help Identify these Extras for Warmth

I sell hens because I have been on BYC since 2007, my name is Ed and I am a hatch-aholic. I have been hatching eggs every weekend since February 17th and will be hatching until Mid-April.

I sell many chicks, boys and girls, but want to be sure it is a pullet before I sell it as a pullet. The people purchasing pullets are not able to have roosters and I would not want them to get attached to a chick (we all do it) and then find out is a Rooster.

Thanks for everyone's advice.

I am in a similar situation as ThreeBoysChicks. I am also a city dweller. I technically can keep 20 hens in my city, but I don't want to clean up after and pay to feed that many. I don't have the space for more than 6 or 7. I don't want more eggs than we can handle+ a few for the neighbors since we can not legally sell eggs.

However, I ordered more pullets than we needed so I could choose our favorites or have extras, just in case. We also incubated eggs for the experience. It was agonizing choosing who to sell.
Here were my two Barred Rock pullet chicks photo from last week at 4 1/2 weeks old. I kept the smaller chick, Cruella.
