I picked up a couple chicks to add to my flock last week. I have no idea what the 4 toed feathered leg yellow chick had spots on head last week. Spots disappearing and black and white wing feathers coming in.

Cochins should have yellow skin.
Where did it come from? If feed store could be a Wheaten Marans I suppose
Bomgaars which gets their chicks from Hoover Hatchery. I checked their website and am still confused about what it might be. Was labeled rare breeds.

Maybe a Light Brahma... or a White Cochin, maybe a kind of Maran. It's hard to tell when it's young because there are so many different breeds that look just like this as baby chicks. Maybe post another updated pic in a week or so - there will be more feathers and other charactisics to look at then. :)

Brahmas have pea combs, so not a brahma
