Hello! I've been searching thru BYC for months now but have finally decided to join, this is a great site full of valuable information. We have used ideas from here for coop construction, feeding, watering and every other aspect of raising chickens. Big thanks to everyone!

We have these 5 4-month old BO crosses and we are not sure if there are any hens in the bunch. If they weren't crosses we would know but we're in the dark here. The rooster was a BO and the hens were EE's and a Spitzhauben that I know of, there were other hens but I do not remember what they were. Honestly, they all have exhibited rooster-like behavior at one time or another but we would like to hear what some of you BYC members think they are. We're just curious but I suppose we'll know for sure in the next couple of months. Please let us know what you think. Thanks!

BTW: Hawk is my favorite!

Hawk might be a boy, but the others all look like pullets to me. Hawk doesn't even look very cockish. You may have all pullets

Matt

I agree

I'm also think all pullets. Only one that may turn out a roo is Hawk but at 4 or 5 months I'm thinking pullet for it!

Last pic with a group shot...all pullets!
