help identifying breed

Can someone please give me some ideas of what breed this chick is? It's about 6to 8 weeks old. I was starting to think a speckled Sussex or maybe a EE?
Note: two different chicks but the same breed.

Legs are yellow now, looked pink when they were younger, if that helps. I definitely see a black red and white in their wings.

I'm thinking Dark Cornish, although of course I could be wrong.
I'm pretty sure it's not the right color pattern for Speckled Sussex, though.

I was going to say welsummer but I think they might be EE
