Help Identifying hens breed?

Meet Dorathy:

She is the small white hen (she has feathery feet) I’m not sure what she is, I got told she was a bantam hen when I got her. All I can get you are old pics like this as she is dead now.... but I want to know what breed she is cause her offspring have feathers on their feet and I want to know what they may be crossed with?

I can try and find one, not sure. I would go out and take some but the fox get her earlier this year

Feather footed... Maybe a bantam cochin or a Cochin cross? Is she just dirty or is she a splash blue?

If she does not have feathered feet but her offspring do it is probably coming from the roo... I'm not familiar with the inheritability of feathered legs. I have never kept bantams or feather legged chickens.
