Help Identifying "Rare Chicken Bin" Chicks

It definitely looks like a rose comb, rather than the single comb most of my others are getting.

It's little tail feathers are also a lot longer than the other chicks'.

Thank you! The first one is super sweet and I can already pet her while she sits in my hand. The second is flighty, but I caught her and she roosted on my hand. Let's hope she's not quite as crazy as the other stories of Silver Spangled Hamburgs I've read about!

Every chick possesses its own individual personality, for sure! Hamburgs do have a tendency to be flightier. Thankfully, there's always a chance yours won't be as skittish. Mine isn't "cuddly," per se, but she also isn't crazy!

i do not think that is a lavender Orpington.... they look like blue Australorps as chicks. maybe a lavender EE?

You may be right about that. I was looking to see if there were puffy feathers under the beek on the chick but could not tell.

Much too young, could you get new photos at 8 weeks of age when fully feathered out, will be much easier to decide then.
