Help Ill chicken

Well I think she not feeling well she don't seem to want to eat picks very little poop not runny but seems to have alot of water has been laying for 4 weeks not sure but i think she stoped laying. this has been about 3 days

anyone know what could be up?
I also did give them asv in thier water 2 days ago .

How is her crop? Is it enlarged?

No but she seems better i took her inside and fed her some oatmeal and she seems better. She back outside and walking around and pecking around some she was just stitting and not moving around before.

I hope she is better now that she ate somthing warm. i will keep an eye on her.
