Last night we had bad weather and our coop starter leaking. So we brought the 7 quail inside in a cat carrier for the night. This morning one of them couldnt stand and had a bit of dried blood around its ear. It can move its legs and wings but cant stand. Will she be ok :(

Sounds like head trauma to me, she may have injured her spine flushing into the top of the carrier. How tall is the carrier and what kind of roof were they used to in their usual pen? Might something they weren't use to seeing have come up to them in the night (such as the cat who the carrier belongs to) and scared them?
Keep the bird warm to keep her from going into shock and if she's able to eat and drink on her own try putting some high potency vitamins in the water and keep her by herself to see if she improves given a bit of time. If it's a more minor injury she may heal with some time and a safe warm clean place to recuperate.
Good luck,
Jessie

Sorry to hear that.

Usually if they don't have too much height they won't hurt themselves, but if she was really scared in a small unfamiliar space she may have just bonked repeatedly so the low clearance didn't help.
Good luck fixing your coop leak, and I hope the rest of your quail do well for you!
