FIrst thing you need to do BREATH!! Get some oxygen into your brain and breath. Yes a band aid and neosporin will work just fine. I think the chick is gonna recover quicker than you.

You might just want to leave it's feet taped for a few days. I always have to leave my chicks feet taped for a few days. It helps quicker and less you will have to mess with it! Remember it is ok, and chicks only remember for about 22 hours.. LOL

Once the bleeding is stopped, probably don't need anything on it. Liquid skin or liquid bandage. It is in the first aid section. Similar to Super Glue. Could do Super Glue to seal it. Or even nail polish.

Well it did stop bleeding but it started again although its just about done again. As soon as dh gets home I will run to the store for liquid skin/bandaid. Thanks for the kind words. I feel just horrible. She's one of my faves. Mabel

she I 1 week old. Can I still try to tape her feet? They don't curl under anymore...the first night fixed that. I didn't mean I've done it 3 different times...I just retaped as it was grungy looking. But now the toes kinda curl inwards towards the center of her body, not like she's stepping on them. Should I wait til she heals or just do it? Or just let it be?
