Help I'm Just a dummy.... about hatching eggs

Well one of my eggs hatched yesterday and today is day 22 on the remaining 3 living eggs and one of them has its air bubble at large end of the egg and its not slanted down yet like the other 2 and when I candled it a few mins ago i still see movement in the egg and it doesn't appear to have pipped the air sack, but i see tiny little bubbles inside the membrane with the chick. What is this and do i need to start a pip for it or what do i need to do I do not want to lose these babies at all and i have worried myself to death over them

Congrats on the hatcher! He's precious. And as for the other, there's not much you can do until they start hatching. Chances are he's ok if he's still moving and just needs more time. Without a visual, I can't imagine what you are seeing for little bubbles. A sad fact of hatcing eggs though, is you will loose some. Some will develope all the way to hatch and never make it out. Some will hatch and not make it after hatching. There is nothing you can do when they haven't pipped that isn't going to jeopardize them any more than not doing anything. The only time that I would start a pip hole for a chick is if it had internally pipped over 24 hours before and still hadn't externally pipped (and that is probably still the wrong thing to do, but I do things my way.) It's hard, and I know exactly how you feel. The thought of not having one make it is tough. The first loss is very tough, but you have to be prepared to loose them too. I hope all yours makes it though. Just give them a little more time. If it makes you feel better read this: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching and that will help you know when it's best to help and how.
