Help... I'm not sure she's gonna make it

I'll have a picture in a minute but we just found my chicken with a ton of poop and weird stuff on her butt so we tried to wash it off. what we found instead was what was either her but or where she lays her eggs almost falling out of her, and we could like see a little bit of intestines or something. she's barely walking and doesn't look good and i don't know what to do.

Sounds like she has prolapsed. Separate her, wash her with an antiseptic wash like weak Betadine or phisohex soap, then apply hemmorhoid ointment to shrink tissues. You may have to gently try to put it back inside, if you can. You may have to put her in a warm, soapy bath to try and relax her, but I haven't had a bad prolapse to deal with, personally, only minor ones that were easily replaced. If you can't get it back inside, a vet's visit or putting her down may be in order. Hopefully, someone who has done this can help you more.

Okay so after doing some more research, we were able to push it back in with some vaseline and that seems to be okay but now there another problem.. she has worms. And they're little tiny whiteish kinda clear ones.

Doesn't sound like worms, exactly. Hopefully, it isn't fly maggots that hatched on the prolapse. Where did you see them, on the prolapse or in the poop?
