My Brinsea manual says 60-70% humidity for last three days

well I have done 80 all the runs so far and it was fine until now I am running an experiment

A lot depends on your own incubator, hygrometer, and environment. Plus, eggs are somewhat forgiving.

by laying the horizontal instead of vertical with the blunt end still higher up and rotating the 1/8 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 so far it looks like 1/4 turn is way better
