Help in Walla walla......my barred rock pullet is no more!!!

it didnt die, in fact (HE) is a ROO, I have been pondering on this for a while but this morning while letting them out he started to CROW...arggg...I am worried that we cant have roos in the city limits, is there anyone out ther near me that can house him for a few month? PLEASE get back to me as I will help with the costs...my wife is just floored about this
