Help incubator chick

This morning a baby chick hatched out of the egg.however i saw bleed and by afternoon. It came out with its umbilical cord still attached and blood all over its body. It isnt moving much as at. It is still a live in the incubator as i can see its stomach moving up and down very slowly.
I still have another 12 eggs still not ready in the incubator so im not sure if i should open the lid.
I have opened the lid 2times already to take out chicks.
Im upset and need help. In the photo you can see red stuff. What is it and What can i do?

I think it looks like baby chick intestines hanging out. Im not sure

this is the photo i took. I took it out of the incubator and im keeping it under the light.
