Grab that little beak and you will need to pull DOWN and towards you, DOWN AND TO YOU

You have to get that BIG head to come OUT from under that shell

If you can't get it, you may need to take more shell off at his head, I can't see the top of his beak really good.

Hes twisted up so wet him down and put him back lets see if he can UNTWIST himself, IF NOT, will help him in the next round GREAT JOB, Before you put him in, clean him up, get a wet paper towel and clean that big head, wings ANYTHING that is exposed
