HELP incubator stuck on 43.3 and won’t lower

So I bought the hhd 32 egg incubator (went cheap and cheerful) have just been running for a few hours and temperature went up to 43.3 and now is stuck on that and isn’t changing at all can anyone help please

Oh God! That's terrible! If it has been running for several hours, force unplug it, that incubator is defective... Get a new one immediately! Are the eggs newly set?
