Here are some pictures of her legs and feet, it says it's public, but basically she has a limp where she can't really put her foot on the ground and is hoping on one foot and barely putting pressure on the other.

Yes I will, also the more I think about it she's always been a clumsy chicken and she might have sprained or strained something jumping down from her roost and just needs to rest?

Highly possible. How high is her roost? Is there a step up or a ladder that she can use?

Their roost is 4 feet off the ground and there is a nexting box they can hop on top of to get into the roost, but she always just jumps off. Right now I have made her comfortable and put her in a carrier with some bedding, food, and water but she is in the carrier with the flock so they don't pick on her when she has fully healed. I also picked up some vitamin B complex and vitamins and electrolytes to give her to help the healing process go faster.

Sounds great.
Although I must say I don't think it is necessary to lock her up.

So she'll be okay just hanging out in the coop with the others?
If they are not picking on her I am going to have to say yes.
I am a firm believer in not added unneccesary stress to a flock and by removing a member it changes things.

I would only recommend removing someone IF the others were being mean to it.
