HELP! Is it prolapse? How do I tell if that's the problem with my hen?

I didn't actually pick up my hen and check the vent. HOw do I tell if it's prolapse? I don't see the other hens pecking at one? They all are acting normal, but one def was bleeding in the nesting box. HELP!

I posted a picture of our prolapsed hen. You might want to search on the term for some help. The first time ours prolapsed, it took 8 days to shed whatever the outer layer was and pop back in. And it did pop back in. She was fine for a month and now prolapsed again. It can be intensive. You want to isolate her for sure.

If it is prolapsed, put prep H on it, and keep it clean. We also sprayed the area with benzocaine but now hear that any "caine" can kill the chicken.
