Help! Is my Americana chicken a Hen or Rooster? (4 or 5 months old)

I was told it was a hen. It hasn’t started laying yet. Which I know if hen, she’ll be laying soon. Since I was told she was 4 or 5 months old. But I’m curious if it’s an actual hen or Rooster?
It is obsessed with my ducks and will not leave them alone all day long. My ducks hate it. Keeps getting on their backs and mounting them and biting their necks.

Cockerel. The comb does look a little delayed for 5 months and you should have heard attempts at crowing but the giveaways are the slender saddle feathers where his tail ties into the body and the large brown patch on his wings.
