Help!! Is this a black sex link rooster or hen?

Not a black sex link because its a cockerel. I wonder if its an Asian black, like mentioned above, or somebody bred their black sex links to each other and thought it would continue the sex linking. Where did you get him?

Looks like a rooster, based on the body shape and the tail, but Black Sex Link roosters have different patterns. Lovely chicken though.

I agree with the posts above. The comb is very big and red definitely showing that it is a cockerel. How old is your chicken?

Definitely a roo but as other said I don't think that is a black sex link at all. This is a black sex link rooster:

I got him as a chick at Wilco farm stores in February and now it's May 1st I think if he is a rooster he'll grow in August and the and the girls will start laying eggs I just wanted to get some input to see if I need to start looking for a home for him because I live in town and it's not legal to keep roosters in town.
