HELP!! is this a cockerel or a pullett?

Hi, first time chicken owner. We bought "pullets" from a feed store here in Salt Lake, and I am a little worried that we may have gotten a couple cockerels. I know that sexing isn't an exact science, and that even though they listed them as pullets that there is a chance that some are roosters, but still.... Living in the middle of the city I can't have any roosters, so I would like to know sooner rather than later.
here are some pics of 1 of the questionable ones, and there is another just like it. They are RIR if that helps. If any one thinks that they are roosters. let me know. Thanks.

Looks like a pullet to me. My RIR pullets look just like this and my RIR hens looked like this when they were young as well!

Those look like my girls did, however we are also in the city, and have a strict "if it crows, it goes" rule.
