Help is this a vorwerk!

So this cockerel is meant to be a vorwerk, he is about 22weeks old and moulting but shouldn't his neck be black?!

I managed to add a pic of him, he has white legs and his neck feathers seem to be coming through chestnut not black ;(

here's a cockerel (don't know the age on this one)

if he is a hatchery bird then he may (and most likely) will be off some from the standard as hatcheries breed for egg production and not to standard so an off leg color would actually be normal.

he is however looking at that pic way to red he should be more buff in color and not that red

Looks like maybe a Vorwerk mix. Pretty!
