Help! Is this bruising?

It is day 29 and I recently noticed bruising on my ducks eggs! What does this mean?

It is day 29 and I recently noticed bruising on my ducks eggs! What does this mean?

I read that it means that the duckling is trying to get out of the egg at the wrong place. They recommended to put a tiny air hole where the bruise was to give it oxygen. I never knew this and lost several of mine to this. Good luck.

My bruising is in multiple spots on both sides of the egg, including the airhole side. But thank you for the information! I

If you can see the beak in the airhole then all should be good and the bruising is probably from them kicking in different spots I would think. You are most welcome.
