Help! Is this chick ok?

This chick came about 3 days early, and is very tiny. Not a bantam!! Mom is a full sized Easter egger and the father is a full sized Buff Orpington but was hatched by a bantam hen.

Also should I put it under the hen? It's about 103 outside right now. It's laying to the side of her and scooting around. Won't go under or mama.

Its hot under there ! 103 is hot even for a newborn.
Read somewhere that eggs were hatching on the side of hens and not under.

I know!! That's Arizona for ya!! We've hatched before but never this early. We've had a day early but never 3.

And since it was born today... He will take time to dry and explore. It also has to figure out ins mother for a few hours.

I imagine its the weather, it will play catch-up. Its not raw underneath is it. all yolk absorbed ?
