Update...
Now It's morning and she's still very unwell. She doesn't want to eat (tried to eat a little piece two times but dropped it). She will drink a bit only if I put the tip of her beak in the water
The only thing she pooped (just one time) during all this time is similar to the one in the photo. She's lethargic and the only thing she do is waking up for a second (but she doesn't stay upright, it's more like an egg bounded hen), make a little step and laying down again.
Just now she regurgitated some water from the beak and it's smelly and yellow-ish, the crop is almost completely empty (I feel only some few little things that may be the grit for the digestion and a bit of liquid)
