Help!! Is this egg viable? Will it hatch?

I am no pro, so don't take my word for it! I have never hatched myself, I only know what I know from here. @MGG will be the most helpful, even though she will probably give you the same answer as me, she is more experienced and can make a more knowledgeable call!

If it internally pipped a few days ago, and has made no more progress, then it probably didn't make it. Good job with the rest of your hatch!

Humidity levels usually do that. Improper humanity usually causes a chick to drown in the shell when they break through the lira cell, because to high I believe causes it to be filled with water.

I broke the egg open a few hours ago. The chick was already dead inside just the way everyone in the forum suspected. My badHe didn't make it. Next time, I'll maintain the humidity properly. Thanks all for your responses.
