UPDATE!!!!!!!!
We've been the vet and after some protest she got examined. Pretty good verdict, the lump is fluid filled and diagnosed as a prolapse which, at worst, will be fine and, at best, should shrink with some decent free ranging, care and attention. Great result. Unfortunately she now has the nickname of 'lumpy bum' courtesy of my 5 year old daughter!!!
