help lady Amherst pair eating eggs

OOuch! With most pheasants coming from European countries, you would think that they would be better priced then here.I know when they were first introduced here, they were expensive. If I recall Charles Seville paid 10,000.00 for a pair of salvadori pheasants. As far as I know there are only 10 birds in the U.S.
In N.H.,Tony.

South Africa s problem was the apartheid years where sanctions was lift on the country, so import of birds started from 1994 and the Rand to Dollar make the birds very expensive i dont no why but it is what the wise man said so the problem is tha the economic level it is not so good in south africa with all the corrupt and so on and it discourage the middleclass to import birds, only the rich farmers import exspensive birds and exspect the middleclass to pay for it witha profit , and the next problem is the import rate is so low of the exspensiveness of birds whe have lot of birds who origin from inbreeding bloodline, so i hope in someway it will get cheaper to encourage the middleclass to buy the more exoticbirds and import fresh blood. I know the most birds are import from bird farms in czeck republic and the netherlands and so on.
