Help, not sure if its a deficiency or a neuro problem or something else. No head trauma is seen and is eating non medicated chick starter. Couldnt load video. Tries to stand but just leans back on its back legs and leans to the left.

Chick starter doesn't have the proper amount of niacin for ducks. You need to supplement with brewers yeast or nutritional yeast, or feed a duckling food - like Mazuri waterfowl starter. Since this duck is having trouble you should do those things but also give her the liquid vitamin B complex - 1 ml a day over treats - right away. This will turn things around quickest and put her on the right path. It says in injectable but you give it orally. You can get it on Amazon or your local feed store or Tractor Supply.

I can't see your video, but if her legs are splaying out you could also hobble her with a thin piece of vet wrap to hold her legs in proper position.
