Hi, I'm new here and new to raising chickens!
I currently have a 6 week old RIR that sends to be pretty lathergic, head pulled in, haven't seen her (possibly him) eat or drink within the past few hours, since noticing her standing with head pulled in. She has hidden in a corner under the hanging feeder for the last hour. I just pulled her out of the brooder to give her a look over and don't really notice anything off or weird feeling, no bulges, no cuts, no pasty butt, nothing. Since placing her back in the brooder she has been standing, falling asleep, and when awake head pulled back. This is really odd behavior for her. All other chicks are fine. No changes in bedding or food (nutrena starter/grower) The only thing I have done different is water. They use to get filtered water, and about 5 days ago I switched to tap water, which is well water, but all 20 chicks are eating and drinking the same thing, she's the only one being odd. I also weened them fully off the heat lamp 3 days ago and they seem to be fine. I have it back up tonight as I had to bathe 4 chicks (which was pointless) and the temp is dropping tonight. I haven't seen her poop so I couldn't say if it's normal, but during cleanup of the brooder tonight I didn't notice any abnormal poop. No bugs or anything on any chick or in brooder. She does react when you tap on the window, or another chick pushes past her. And she flapped her wings and chirpped when I picked her up, then she settled right down.

Any advice is greatly welcomed! What should I do? Check? Watch for? Am I over reacting? I do not have resources to take her to a vet, so anything needed will have to be accessable by me.

Sorry if there's double pictures, trying to figure that part out.

Get all of them started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution. You can buy it at the feed store in the cattle section. Dosage is 9.5cc's per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Make it fresh daily.
Do not add anything else to the mixture.
If your RIR isnt drinking, you'll have to give the mixture to her orally often during the day in order to be effective. You can use an eyedropper or syringe without needle, be careful not to aspirate her.
Ensure feeders/waterers are feces free and change/clean bedding frequently. Use a water/ammonia solution to disinfect feeders/waterers as needed.
