I have a 3 month old Polish pullet who I found laying in the coop, very lethargic. It's been very hot, but today it was cloudy and not much sun. I brought her in, fed her some water with vitamin supplements and put her near the AC to cool off. Upon examination, I can't feel a crop AT ALL, and she shows no interest in food but was eating normally yesterday. I don't understand what could have caused such rapid decline. She is breathing slowly and won't stand up. No other birds are "sick". Can I save her?

Can you get a poo sample to a vet?
Has she been on medicated feed? I am thinking Coccidia.
If it is. You need Corid that you can get at feed store, tractor supply, etc.

Keep her warm, 85 degrees.
She needs to get nourishment.
Search for post, my Coccidia jouney. Women posts how to tube feed.
You can do it! I am doing it for my 8 week old Polish pair.
If you have a small syringe, try giving her water, slowly, above the tongue. But tube feeding is faster. Vet should be able to give you supplies. My polish are weighing 500 grams. I am feeding them 20% of their body weight, spread over 3 feeding.
Whatever it is, they can't get better without adequate hydration.
