Help! Lethargic hen not looking well at all...

Corid is a US version of amprollium. In AU you would look for coxoid or amprol which is the same drug to treat for coccidiosis. I have used Wormout Gel for 2 straight days in the past, and my chickens did not seem to like the orange taste. Since she was lethargic during treatment, and may not have taken enough, you might want to treat her orally.

I've seen people making up the solution and soaking bread with it to give to their chicken. I don't have a syringe, so would that be an okay way to administer the solution?

Update:
I am very saddened to tell you that Butternut passed away in the early hours of this morning. Although we did our best to treat her and she seemed to regain interest in food and was drinking, we either didn't catch her illness in time or she was hiding just how bad the illness was.
My husband and I are heartbroken as she was an absolutely beautiful and incredibly sweet girl, and we are very fortunate to have been able to care for her for a short time. The other two girls have gone back to foraging in the backyard.

Thank you all so very much for your suggestions and feedback.
