There's a lot of urates which may indicate dehydration.
See if you can syringe fluids into her.

Do re-check that crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. It may be the angle she sitting, but her crop looks fullish.

Keep us posted on how she's doing.
She perked up a bit after I gave her a Tums. Also I checked her crop this morning and it felt empty. I’ll make sure to get some fluids in her as well! Would giving her a cucumber along with the syringed water help to hydrate her some more?
