Help - Limping hen!

Hi I'm brand new to owning chickens so can use some help/advice. I have a hen who is just about a year old (so I was told) who has started limping yesterday and isn't any better today. Besides the fact that she is having a hard time getting around she seems OK. Eyes are clear and she has a healthy appetite. My husband and I checked her legs today and no toes or other bones feel or look broken, nor does she have any other visible injuries. Any ideas??

Double check her feet - all over but especially on the bottom. Is there something resembling a little black/brown rock? Maybe some swelling around it? If so, it's bumblefoot.
