Help locating plans & parts list for coop

I feel like this Quaker style coop will best suite the needs of my 30 hens but have not been able to make contact with the original videos poster or locate a set of blue prints & parts list for this build.
I am a fairly capable Carpenter but don't want to make mistakes in going at this project freestyle so would be elated if anyone here can help

Ehhh...inadequate ventilation...and I would not want to crawl under there to grab random eggs and/or broody/distressed birds.

Might be easier to find plain shed plans online and add things needed for chickens.

Agreed with Aart. No where enough ventilation. Plan on 1 s.f./bird or 10% of floor area. Have you looked at the Woods open air coop? That would be the dream coop. And it has stood the test of time, was designed by someone who actually knows chickens. Other issues I noted in the coop you showed video of: Nest boxes at floor level: my birds avoid those floor level boxes and choose the higher boxes. Ladder style roosts: My birds all fight to get on top roost. No one will even sleep on the lower roost. IMO, better to have several roosts of equal height, even putting several different roosting areas. The lids to the nest boxes span many boxes. They are going to be heavy. While you've got one lid up to collect eggs, there is a likelihood that you will have multiple birds making an easy exit.

Check out this book. Lots of possibilities to adapt something to make the perfect coop.
