Help! Lonely day old poult & weak 2 week old chick!

Hey there! I have a surprise turkey poult Im not sure what to do with!! I have 17 chicks that are 2 weeks old now & I tried putting the little poult in with them but pecking order, even this young it seems, is brutal! Also, one of the 17 seems to be struggling as well. (Kinda laying on her side, spreads a wing, doesnt really want to walk - lets her flockmates trample her excessively it seems) Does anyone have any pointers? Just let nature do its thing? [I really want to give them both the absolute best chance at survival that I can]

I separate with a view (screen) window (you can also use a basket) then they will not be lonely, but also get used to each other.
