Help! "Lost, presumed dead" hen returned home with 15 chicks! (Long)

Thanks so much for all the great advice! I've been working all week and haven't been on. So far all 15 are doing great. I'll get out there and take some pics today. It's amazing how fast they grow!

Hi,
If the chicks aren't older than about 4 days, maybe you can feather sex them. That's real easy. You just gently hold out a chicks wing( one wing will do) and check to see of the feathers on the wing are all one length or 2 different lengths. Not all chicks can be feather sexed but it is worth a try. Wait a sec and i will get the hot link for you on a visual tutorial. Doesn't hurt the chick. Then you can put a small zip tie on one leg of all the males. 3-4 days old is a good time to do this.
