Help!! Marek's Disease??

I have a video I took but I can't seem to post it on here, may be I don't know how to do it may be because I am new to the forum? I could not get a good pic or view of her eyes I will keep trying and where do you want md to get a pic of the skin? as far as other sick birds I lost three that had no leg issues just loss of balance and would turn there head and neck around my rot hen would twist her head upside down and almost put it between there legs, I discovered duramycen at the 4 th one I believe that was this hen that is now sick again the firs time she was sick she had no issues with her legs like the others just balance swollen eyelids and neck twisting I put her on duramycen she couldnot keep herself upright I had to put her in a large Tupperware container to hold her up otherwise she would just tumble over forward right in to her water or tumble right over sideways, within 24 hours on duramycen she was standing again this is where all the others would die overnight I kept her on it for seven days she looked healthy as a horse that was atleast 2 months ago of not longer she was always energetic and friendly looked strong. I do have to add every time any bird got sick it was always after a real cold night negitive temps with wind but always one at a time until this last time we got a late winter snowstorm with strong winds from the east and some snow was blowing in thru the eves of my coop which has never happened all winter, I blocked it off as soon as I noticed but I could see som snowflakes melting on there backs the next day another rir hen and this barred rock were sick I brought the rir in and put her on duramycen she made a quick recovery looked healthy but then after 4 days she went the other way suddenly her face above the beak area turned kind of grey instead of pinkish and she died that night after that I brought this barred rock in I had tried tylan 200 on her and she was not improving so I waited another 48 hours and put her on duramycen her eyes lids returned to normal after a few days but her legs have if anything gotten worse not better.

Marek's has many forms and shows up in different ways, even within a flock of birds. The bolded parts of your text above certainly DOES sound like Mareks (or a related viral lymphomic diease). Marek's seems to "love" stress and any bird that is carrying it that is not immune will often succumb to it when they are under stress, such as when the temperature drops and the bird's body has to fight harder to keep warm.
If you lose another bird, if you are able, please consider testing/necropsy. It will help you to know what to do in the future with your birds, and if it is safe to bring new birds in or out.

Say it is merricks? Whats my best option? Culling my entire flock and cleaning all bedding and dust out ans scrub coop with bleach before i get now chickens? Plus get rid of all feed and feeders?

I forgot to mention the poop, i know in the flock the poop is usually solid enless i feed them corn then they get diarrhea i have not checked the poop in the cage she is in right now, i just dump it every coubble of days and add fresh bedding, i will check it tomorrow as i just added new bedding not long ago.
