21 days is up---checked broody and 12 eggs at 9:00 this morn.---nada--- @ 10:00 i found 2 eggs with tiny chips , but membrane still intact--heard tiny peeps from 1 egg --picked the 2 chipped eggs up and listened---all quiet ---checked at 1:15 this aft. no change- , although broody was outside broody coop doing egg song like she was calling chicks to come out ???--should i intervene and try and open the 2 up a little --or just let nature take it's course---- buffy my broody hen is back sitting on eggs right now------i have never been there when chicks were hatching--always woke up in morning to a new family of chicks running arround
