Waiting on meds to come in the mail, what can I do to clean their coop? It has a dirt floor. We were fighting coccidiosis last month, then mites, now this. I've lost several birds. Do I need to build a new coop and get them off this spot of dirt? It's just this coop that keeps having issues.

Respiratory infections and diseases are spread by carriers who have been exposed to diseases. Any dusty or wet conditions and poor air circulation can trigger an outbreak or make it worse. Did you birds come from somewhere else? It only takes one carrier bird to expose all birds to a disease. Respiratory diseases make all remaining birds carriers for life. They are never cured, but some certain antibiotics may help treat symptoms. Close your flock to any new birds or birds going out of your flock to control diseases. Here is a good link on the various respiratory and other common diseases:

Unfortunately I got them from a farm swap, x-battery hens :( should I cull everyone in this pen? Or will I ever be able to put them into the big coop? This is our "grow out" coop before they move to the big coop

And I followed the link...😵 it could be a few of those things! Culling is probably the best option and completely taking that coop down and not putting birds near there again. 😭

Unfortunately once an infected bird is added to a group, they will all be infected. A necropsy performed by a state vet after death is a good way to get a diagnosis.
