help me-brinsea humidity pump!!!!

This is driving me ca-razy!!!! haven't incubated in 2 years (long story) Pulled it all out and cleaned and replaced tubing. Plugged up for test run and worked great. Unplugged for 4 days waiting on eggs. NOW its not pumping water!!!! motor is working tubing is clear-I blew thru it to check. Tubing is wrapped correctly just like the picture in the manual. Got any ideas?

Is the tubing between the two sides, the piece that the pump turns, is it very tight and taut? It needs to be very taut in there to work.
