Hi dears !

We are building a farm in Afghanistan to produce 10,000 eggs daily. But we lack information about the selecting of the right, successful and most productive chickens that lay more than 300 eggs throughout the year !

So kindly help us to chose the layers and buy them as soon as possible !

Thanks baby

Th
Howdy :frow and Welcome to Backyard Chickens.

I agree with @Pork Pie would be best to obtain from a local hatchery, if possible, they would be better adapted to the climate in your area.
Best wishes in your endeavors!

Thanks for joining our community! :celebrate

Thank you dear !

Here we don have them, there's nothing as chickens farm. These Birds are American and European birds and I have to import them from US or other European countries to AFGHANISTAN !

Any of the sex linked hybrids would be great producers, all of them are slightly more productive than RIR and other standard breeds. The best egg producing breed is the white leghorn though, they produce more than any other breed and because they have a much smaller build they will use less energy maintaining their body and more energy producing eggs, they are more efficient than the heavier brown egg laying hybrids. I am not sure if you would be interested in white eggs though...

The Golden Comet, Golden Buff, Red sex links, ISA brown typically are the same breed. Here is a link to the best layers. Look up each breed description to see what you would want. Don’t have to order from here it just lists the best layers typically in the US. The Golden Buff is a good layer and breed weight is low at 4 lbs so reduces consumption of feed. Quiet and docile. The Barred Rock, Speckled Sussex are all good layers for large brown eggs. The White Leghorn is the best in large white eggs. Most lay about 250/yr and the White Leghorn probably is closer to 300 but you may not get ones that lay quite that much per year. Happy Hunting! :)https://www.mypetchicken.com/catalog/Our-Best-Layers-c67.aspx
