Help Me Confirm Fowl Pox and Tips to Treat

First time chicken mom and I saw this on one of my girls, after researching I assume it is fowl pox. I know it is a virus so I need to let it run it’s course but tips/tricks to make sure their immune systems are at their best? Good products or vitamin supplements you recommend?
