Help me decide one or the other Barred Rock Roosters

Rooster #1) I have to say has a a bit more "style" more upright and perkier tail. Has larger wattles too.

Rooster #2) Is larger and has smaller wattles, not as "perky"

I forgot to say they are 14 weeks old and till good boys.

should I wait until I can tell who is going to be nicer attitude of the two. I have a guy who wants one of them

If you are looking for the more correct rooster it would be #1. Tail set for the breed is 35 degrees. So both are way too high. Body should be wide across the back. Legs and beaks are good color. Comb 5 point and straight.

The first has the body thicker body you want.
