I'm not a builder but my wife talked me into building her a rabbit hutch. She wants to get 2 rabbits.

Here's where I'm at with the hutch so far. One level for each rabbit.

The left side will be a door with hardware cloth, the right side will be a solid door and will provide shelter from the elements outdoors. The top level and bottom should be the same.

Let's say I start with the door that has hardware cloth in it on the left side. How do I build it so that the corners are square corners (rectangular in shape) and figure out how to attach it on the far left post with hinges and then meet with a sliding bolt (or something like that) in the middle post?

Then the solid door will have the hinges at the right most post and also have a sliding bolt to lock in the middle post.

I just can't figure out how to build these doors. Once I get the top level done I can replicate it for the bottom doors.

I think with the screened door, once I have the right size frame and can figure out how to make it, I can just use my brad nailer with crown staples to attach the hardware cloth from the inside.

I have the sides (T1-11) and roof (OSB that I will shingle) attached to the frame. It's hard to see that in this picture.

Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

I recommend you build up each outside post with a narrow board (like a 1 in x 1/2 in board running the full length on either side). Each door's outside edge will sit flush against the inner edge of the outside board on that side. The doors need to just overlap the middle board so I don't think you'll have enough room for slide bolts but you could attach two screw eyes to the middle board aligned with screw hooks on each door. These closure mechanisms would be at different levels so as to not interfere with one another.
Your hinges should probably be the t-type that have a small anchoring side (to attach to the outer boards you've added to each outer post) and a strap side that attaches to the doors. Two hinges per door - evenly spaced - would probably be enough.
The whole idea behind attaching the narrow boards to the outer posts is so that the hinges lie flat when the doors are closed.

Where is the poop and pee going to go? You need to lay down linoleum or something or the pee will ruin that plywood..

Nice job.
