Help me Find "Chicken Pot Pie"

I seem to have lost the recipe my mom gave me for her chicken pot pie.

It went something like this:
Contained sage, poultry seasoning, cooked chicken breast
In the original recipe, it called for the Green Giant (or Bird's Eye?) veggie mix with corn, but we did the carrot, cauliflower, brocolli mix by the off-brand.
The topping was cut up "Buttermilk Biscuits" by Pillsbury.

I've been looking all over because it's my DBF's FAVORITE dinner and he's requested it for his birthday.

This one sounds good and you could still top it with your cut up biscuits. I don't have a recipe for mine, it is what I call one of my "throw and go" dishes!!

OOOhhh..your Spangled will now haunt my dreams!!!

Let's see...I KNOW there are:
2 cans Progresso Chicken Pot Pie soup pre-heated
16oz. of veggie mix (frozen) pre-cooked
2 chicken breasts (could be 4...I don't remember!!!!) cut up and I "think" it's pre-cooked
some sage, poultry seasoning
Cut up biscuits that go on top.

It is SOOOO good, but I'll be darned if I can remember all of it! Gah!
